Which Stand?
Maximise your presence at BETA International by selecting a stand of optimum size.
The organising team is happy to discuss your requirements and help with the provision of furniture, lighting and electrical supplies. BETA International is fully carpeted throughout.
Whatever your budget, and no matter how large or how minimal your product range, your needs can be accommodated. These are the categories of stand available.
NewZone Stands: Based on a shell scheme (see below), these 6 square metre stands, with 3m frontage and 2m depth, are available to eligible companies in their first, second or third year of exhibiting. NewZone exhibitors receive free use of a fluorescent light, two chairs and a table. Specialist and emerging companies often take advantage of the economically attractive NewZone, with many subsequently evolving to occupy larger stands.
Shell Scheme Stands: These ready-made stands comprise a smart wood modular system finished in Velcro compatible grey fabric. Available from a minimum of 6 square metres, with a minimum depth of 2m, stand sizes increase in increments of 2 square metres. Shell Scheme Stands include a name board, with BETA Member’s logo where applicable, a muslin ceiling and fluorescent lighting. Shell Scheme Stands offer flexibility of size, great scope for highly professional presentation, plus the convenience of a ready-to-dress structure.
Open Space Stands: As the name suggests, exhibitors provide everything except the carpeting, with some companies even choosing to provide special flooring to enhance their stands. Available from a minimum of 32 square metres, Open Space Stands enable exhibitors to create a fully branded area in which to showcase their products and services.
Spilt Stands and Complex Structures: Requirements should be discussed with the organisers who can provide additional information.
Intermediate Stands: New for BETA International 2009, exhibitors have the opportunity to book a stand of between 16 and 30 square metres on an open space format.
Best Stand Awards
All BETA International exhibitors are automatically entered into the Best Stand Awards. Sponsored by The Wine & Hamper Company, there are two categories - Best Large Stand (over 32 square metres) and Best Small Stand (under 32 square metres).
